| As some of you in the CJMS community may know, one of our 8th grade students, Lauren Winn, recently began a battle against Osteosarcoma. Friends of the Winn family have organized a fundraiser to support Lauren & her family in this fight. SportFair in Arlington, Virginia is a family-owned business and they have graciously agreed to make special t-shirts and sweatshirts honoring Lauren. They are providing this Team Lauren gear “at cost” and will donate all proceeds to the Winn Family. The shirts were designed with the help of Lauren’s amazing cousins, and even Lauren herself.
