Cabin John PTSA Annual Membership

To join the Cabin John Middle School PTSA, please navigate to the Membership Toolkit website and follow the instructions, below. The Membership Toolkit is also available in the App store and Google Play, although new members must first create an account on the website.

1) Navigate to the CJMS PTSA Membership Toolkit Here!

2) Click on “Register/Login” button

New User?

  • Create Account
  • Complete Registration Form
  • You’ve got mail! Check email and click link in message to verify email address and complete the process (link expires in 2 hours). If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders
  • You will be routed to the website “Account Creation” page and instructed to verify your password to complete the account creation process
  • Fill out your family account by providing parent and student information
  • Indicate Sponsorship Interest
  • Select Directory Publish Preferences
  • Save your family information and preferences

Returning User?

  • Sign in using email address and password
  • Select “My Account” & “Update Directory Information” on the left tab
  • Update your family account by making changes and/or confirming parent and student information
  • Indicate Sponsorship Interest
  • Select “Directory Publish Preferences” and update as needed

Note: You can come back anytime to make account updates

3) Select “PTSA Memberships & Donations 2025-2026” on left tab (top left 3 bar menu in app)

4) Join the PTSA – Annual Membership & Make a Donation to Support the PTSA, if able

This year we plan to invest more than $40,000 in Cabin John but we can only do this with your help! Last year we only met 59% of our fundraising goal, which impacts the financial strength of our organization and our ability to support our students. Membership dues only account for 15% of our budget. Most of our funding comes from membership donations so please consider donating if you are able. We suggest $100 per student, but are grateful for any support you can provide — either with your time, money, or advocacy. You will be emailed a receipt for your records. 

  • Select “Buy” under Preferred Annual Membership Type/s and “Add to Cart”:
    • $160 – Family Membership (2 Parents/Guardians and up to 2 Students) plus $100 Donation
    • $110 – Family Membership (2 Parents/Guardians and up to 2 Students) plus $50 Donation
    • $35 – Membership: 1 Parent/Guardian
    • $50 – Membership: 2 Parents/Guardians
    • $10 – Membership: CJMS Faculty/Staff
    • $10 – Membership: CJMS Student
