Dear CJMS families:
You are invited to steer the direction of the PTSA in the coming year. In accordance with our bylaws and state regulations, we seek three PTSA members to form a Nominating Committee to collect nominees for open Board and Chair Positions.
Nominations are open to fill three two-year board positions that are required to fulfil state requirements for continuity of our PTSA starting July 1, 2025:
1. Treasurer
2. Secretary
3. Vice President
Nominations are also open for Chair Positions for next year:
1. Book Fair Chair
2. Spiritwear Chair
3. Membership Chair
4. Communications Chair
5. Reflections Chair
6. School Support Chair
7. Spelling Bee co-chair

Elections will be conducted in May 2025, and training provided before the current board and chairs leave in June. All roles begin 1st July 2025 unless stated otherwise.
