Art Club In Art Club we learn about new artists, explore art-making techniques, create our own personal artwork, and support visual art at CJMS by hosting art shows and making sets for the school play. Each meeting students are introduced to a new art topic. Students then get to choose if they want to create using this new information or work on their own personal artwork. Art media available are drawing supplies, watercolor and tempera paint, collage, and more.
Art Club is open to all CJMS students, even if they are not currently enrolled in Art or Arts Rotation. All grade levels are encouraged to join. Meetings take place on Tuesday afternoons. Students ride the Activity Bus, walk home, or get picked up at 4pm. To join, see Ms. Adams in the Art Room (#1305) for a permission slip and information packet. You may also email her [email protected]. New members are welcome all year long!
