Mathcounts

Mathcounts is the nation’s premier middle school math competition consisting of a series of competitions. See here for the official rules, procedures and FAQs. You can also find additional information here.

  • Date/Time: Meeting times will be Sundays weekly from 9:30 am -11:30 am (starting on October 6th)

Model UN Club

Model UN (or MUN) is an authentic simulation of the United Nations General Assembly in which students act as country delegates and engage in acts of diplomacy, negotiation, and decision making. The program is offered through Global Minds, LLC, founded in 2021 by former Bells Mill/Cabin John parents, Audré Park’s and Shreelata Durbhakula. Information brochure is linked here.

Odyssey of the Mind

Are you an aspiring engineer, writer, artist, or actor? Do you love to think outside the box? Join Odyssey of the Mind (OotM), which teaches students how to use creativity to their advantage when solving problems. Students use teamwork, as well as critical thinking, engineering, artistic expression and theatrical skills to create new solutions to intriguing problems.
