Cabin John PTSA Membership
How To Join
To join the Cabin John Middle School PTSA, please navigate to the AtoZ Connect site here. You may also access the Membership Toolkit App on your mobile device.
AtoZ Connect is powered by Membership Toolkit to bring you the best directory experience available. PTSA memberships, directories, volunteer signups, communications, the online store, and more will all run through this online software. The system is secure and easy to use for families.
Follow these step-by-step instructions to join, verify your information, donate to the PTSA, volunteer and access the directory:
1) Click “Register”
IMPORTANT NOTE: EVERYONE will need to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT on AtoZ’s new platform the first time you log on, even if you used the old AtoZ app/site. If you had an account on the old AtoZ site, please CREATE AN ACCOUNT with the email you used previously. By using that email address, the system will pre-populate your family contact info.
2) You’ve got mail
Check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

We hope you will volunteer throughout the year! It is a great way to meet other families and get involved.

Why Join?
Our PTSA strives towards the National PTA’s goal to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. We advocate for decisions that impact your child’s educational experience, and strive to build a stronger, more inclusive school community.
We invite you to join Cabin John Middle School’s PTSA because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to:
- Participate in our school community to decide leadership, advocacy priorities, calendar of events and volunteer.
- Provide programming and events to celebrate the many cultures at CJMS, such as International Night.
- Sponsor Teacher Appreciation events throughout the year to demonstrate our gratitude for our teachers and administrators.
- Sponsor support for a greenhouse to support our Science program.
- Provide vital enrichment activities by supporting after-school programs like:
- Book Wars
- MathCounts
- Odyssey of the Mind
- Scripps Spelling Bee
- Homework Club
- Support our CJMS Student Government Association.
- Convene parents, teachers, staff, and children, building community and understanding through events, like:
- the Back to School Picnic
- the Book Fair
- International Night
- Topical Speakers
- Principal’s Tea’s.
